We believe in protecting the beautiful environment of the Coromandel Peninsula and want to ensure that your children or grandchildren can visit and enjoy it too.
To this end, we've developed an environmental plan and welcome your support for this initiative.
Most of our customers want to help, so we invite you to join with us by enjoying our hospitality and understanding our environmental policy.
We support this beautiful area by undertaking a number of actions.
Many of these you will not see, but some you may notice.
Some of these actions include installation of low-flush toilets, low pressure shower heads, using organic products where possible, growing our own vegetables, composting our organic waste, using low energy lighting where possible, using biodegradable and environmentally-friendly cleaning products and donating unwanted items to a local charity.
In recognition of our responsibility to the environment and to further enhance the pleasure of your stay, we are endorsed as Kiwi Green Certified, using only eco-friendly products in our cleaning. If you are concerned about the impact of your travelling, we're also able to offer the facility of offsetting your carbon footprint through Kiwi Green Regeneration.
